What You'll Do7
- 1Welcome customers and assess their service needs to recommend appropriate maintenance.

- 4Promote services based on actual vehicle condition and maintenance schedules.
- 5Process payments and maintain accurate service records.

- 7Follow dealership policies and uphold safety standards in the service lane.
Requirements7
- 11+ years experience as a service advisor, auto tech, or similar role.
- 2Solid knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- 3Calm under pressure and able to handle a busy service lane.
- 4Clear communication and professional demeanor with customers and team.
- 5Comfortable with dealership management systems (DMS) and basic computer skills.
- 6Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 7Motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
