What You'll Do9
- 1Set, confirm, and prepare for appointments to deliver a seamless service experience.
- 2Hit sales goals and customer satisfaction targets from day one.
- 3Greet customers warmly and perform vehicle walk-arounds to identify needs.
- 4Use consultative selling to plan ongoing maintenance and upsell.
- 5Produce repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
- 6Coordinate with technicians and parts associates for timely completion.
- 7Follow up with customers on vehicle status via their preferred channel.
- 8Drive customer loyalty through exceptional service experiences.
- 9Master product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
Requirements9
