Requirements7
- 12+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in auto repair.
- 2Solid grasp of automotive systems, parts, and repair terminology.
- 3Clear verbal and written communication for explaining technical details.
- 4Hands-on skill with shop management software and diagnostic tools.
- 5Customer-first attitude with a track record of building lasting relationships.
- 6Ability to juggle multiple jobs and priorities in a busy shop.
- 7Valid Colorado driver's license.
