Overview

Own quality auditing and inspection processes at scale within a cleanroom environment. You will monitor conformance to customer specs and QA policies across assemblies, driving non-conformance resolution and traceability. Work with project engineers to ensure schematics alignment and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role emphasizes precise data management, calibration, and documentation in internal databases while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and document inspection findings and corrective actions to ensure compliance with product schematics
  • 2Design and perform trending of key inspection process metrics to identify quality gaps
  • 3Audit and monitor quality requirements per company QA policies and customer specifications
  • 4Initiate non-conformance reports and track closure with cross functional teams
  • 5Input data and manage records in internal databases and log assembly non conformities
  • 6Read and interpret specifications and part prints to verify conformance
  • 7Perform materials kit audits and ensure accuracy of the kitting process
  • 8Maintain calibration and upkeep of inspection equipment and tools
  • 9Collaborate with project engineers and shop floor personnel to resolve inspection questions
  • 10Wear PPE in cleanroom environments and uphold safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements10

  • 1Read, interpret, and apply specifications and part prints
  • 2Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges
  • 3Experience with documenting information in databases and tracking non conformities
  • 4Ability to analyze data and trends to support quality improvements
  • 5Proficiency with basic computer tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • 6Strong communication skills with all levels of personnel
  • 7Ability to perform material kit audits and manage traceability
  • 8Capability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE
  • 9Familiarity with automatic gauging components such as machine vision or ultrasonic equipment
  • 10Understanding of datum structure and part alignment for setup
