Overview

Quality Technician at Mission Critical Group leads quality assurance compliance and improvement. This role ensures documentation adherence and audit implementation while supporting operational excellence across diverse facilities.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Plan execute and document inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables
  • 2Assist operations team in tracking documenting and reporting quality levels for performance corporate social responsibility environmental health and safety goals and key performance indicators
  • 3Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • 4Monitor risk-management procedures using software and documentation to identify investigate and report issues to management and product development teams
  • 5Identify and provide training and support to team members focusing on systems policies procedures and processes
  • 6Support participate in or conduct external ISO UL or internal audits
  • 7Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements6

  • 1Two-year degree STEM or equivalent experience in manufacturing or industrial field
  • 2Knowledge of warehouse inventory management
  • 3Knowledge of metal shop manufacturing and quality control
  • 4Knowledge of quality assurance continuous improvement standards ISO9001 version control non-conformance corrective action processes auditing 8D 5Why PFMEA Kaizen process flow mapping
  • 5Knowledge of electrical equipment manufacturing installation and use
  • 6Satisfactory completion of additional background screening
