Quality Technician Mission Critical Group
Overview

What You'll Do7
- 1Plan execute and document inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables
- 2Assist operations team in tracking documenting and reporting quality levels for performance corporate social responsibility environmental health and safety goals and key performance indicators
- 3Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- 4Monitor risk-management procedures using software and documentation to identify investigate and report issues to management and product development teams
- 5Identify and provide training and support to team members focusing on systems policies procedures and processes
- 6Support participate in or conduct external ISO UL or internal audits
- 7Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 1Two-year degree STEM or equivalent experience in manufacturing or industrial field
- 2Knowledge of warehouse inventory management
- 3Knowledge of metal shop manufacturing and quality control
- 4Knowledge of quality assurance continuous improvement standards ISO9001 version control non-conformance corrective action processes auditing 8D 5Why PFMEA Kaizen process flow mapping
- 5Knowledge of electrical equipment manufacturing installation and use
- 6Satisfactory completion of additional background screening
