Quality Manager, Fiber Optic Cable Manufacturing

You will own the quality management system (QMS) at Sanmina Energy's Houston facility, a $14B global electronics manufacturer with 35,000+ employees. You will lead a QA team, drive compliance to ISO 9000, and reduce quality escapes across complex electro-mechanical assemblies. Working alongside product engineering and precision machining, you will champion Lean and Six Sigma principles. Quality Manager will own the plant-wide quality assurance program at Paradigm Manufacturing, ensuring zero-defect delivery across sheet metal, machining, welding, and finishing.
