What You'll Do11

  • 1Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify specifications including first articles and final inspections
  • 2Document review and maintain manufacturing quality records in physical and digital formats
  • 3Maintain production team accountability for accurate inspection reports and specification compliance
  • 4Support continuous improvement initiatives by eliminating non-conformances and scrap
  • 5Investigate non-conformances and conduct corrective actions within MRB Department
  • 6Develop and train production personnel on QC procedures and equipment usage
  • 7Preserve inspection tool condition, calibration, cleanliness, and organization
  • 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality processes
  • 9Ensure adherence to GD&T standards and interpret engineering prints
  • 10Prepare and submit AS9102 First Article Reports
  • 11Perform daily reporting and documentation tasks in a lab environment

Requirements9

  • 11-3 years hands-on inspection experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • 2Knowledge using metrology hand tools
  • 3Understanding of GD&T principles
  • 4Strong technical communication abilities
