What You'll Do17
- 1Lead competitive proposals – Own planning schedule and quality of assignments from pre‑RFP to submittal
- 2Apply process rigor and manage risk – Tailor processes identify mitigate risks and coordinate dispersed contributors
- 3Own proposal tools and SharePoint infrastructure – Manage sites libraries views and configure workflows
- 4Drive continuous improvement and training – Lead projects strengthening execution and tool adoption
- 5Basic qualifications – Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience including 3+ years proposal leadership
- 6Working knowledge of acquisition lifecycle and hands‑on pre‑proposal development
- 7Minimum 6 years leading complex cross‑functional projects with accountability and risk management
- 8Experience leading process improvement and lessons‑learned activities
- 9Ability to influence across all levels in a cross‑functional organization
- 10Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- 11Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and advanced SharePoint Online configurations
- 12Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at time of application
- 13Preferred: 10+ years Proposal Manager experience for $100M+ deals
- 14Preferred: 2+ years managing direct reports
