Overview
Northrop Grumman seeks a Manager Supply Chain Programs 3 to lead GSC strategy in Palmdale San Diego or El Segundo. This 100% onsite role reports to the Global Supply Chain Program Management Director and drives affordability operational efficiency safety and first-time quality targets. The leader will coordinate cross-disciplinary supply chain expertise and report to the Operating Unit Program Director.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead a team of direct reports providing functional management and day-to-day guidance
- 2Establish and maintain strategic vision for financial management of GSC labor and material
- 3Responsible for operating unit non-labor sales and forecasting
- 4Conduct monthly material sales forecasts and variance analysis
- 5Lead analysis of material and IWO delivery schedules supplier commitments and risks
- 6Oversee subcontractor and IWO partner cost and delivery performance
- 7Prepare for and support pre-close reviews EAC reviews and material sales reviews
- 8Support data collection and submission for portfolio reviews
- 9Analyze large datasets and communicate findings across organization levels
- 10Develop non-labor sales financial forecasts integrated into program financial plans
- 11Maintain DoD Secret clearance and obtain Top Secret access
Requirements7
- 1Master’s degree with 5 years experience in business management or related field
- 2Current DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret access
- 3Experience with subcontractor financial performance and SAP Grouping Pegging and Distribution
- 4Proven ability to create executive presentations and influence stakeholders
- 5Strong organizational skills and talent development expertise
- 6Experience with DoD program cost scheduling and production programs
- 7Active DoD Top Secret clearance and program special access capability
