Overview
Northrop Grumman seeks a Director leading Sector Security Operations at Aeronautics Systems. This senior leader reports directly to the Sector Security Director and drives an integrated security strategy across a dynamic global organization. The role involves strategic leadership for security operations supporting people facilities programs and business operations while fostering collaboration and innovation.
What You'll Do13
- 1Provide leadership guidance for a geographically dispersed team of managers and security professionals
- 2Foster a collaborative inclusive environment encouraging diversity and innovation
- 3Develop and execute overall security strategy ensuring consistent implementation across NGAS sites
- 4Drive business intelligence and data analytics to enhance proactive security posture
- 5Manage security compliance programs meeting U.S. Government requirements and internal standards
- 6Monitor regulatory changes and update security procedures accordingly
- 7Lead sector business continuity program for crisis management and resumption
- 8Provide sector-wide leadership for investigations insider threat and counterintelligence
- 9Develop comprehensive security education and awareness program across the sector
- 10Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders interfacing with government and corporate leadership
- 11Coordinate with senior leadership to resolve issues affecting security safety and compliance
- 12Plan and execute direct and indirect security budgets managing the capital budget
- 13Serve as primary focal point for enterprise security vendor management
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 10+ years of security experience in aircraft aerospace or manufacturing industries
- 2Minimum 5+ years management experience within a security organization
- 3Active Top Secret clearance capable of obtaining special program access
- 4Project management experience including budgeting reporting and strategic planning
- 5Current TS/SCI clearance preferred
- 6Applicable SAP program access
- 78+ years management or leadership experience within security
- 8Demonstrated involvement with government industry security organizations
- 9Broad business financial and management skills
- 10Primary level salary range $160,200.00 - $240,200.00
