NV Real Estate License in residential property management drives on-site operations and owner resident satisfaction at scale. You will partner with property owners, maintenance teams, and tenants to ensure timely repairs, accurate financial reporting, and compliant leasing. You will own daily operations, drive occupancy, and protect property value through diligent record keeping and proactive communication. This role blends hands-on site management with strategic owner relations, enabling you to elevate property performance.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and manage owner relations, ensuring timely responses to financial questions and property needs
  • 2Drive lease administration and renewal processes to maintain occupancy targets and maximize revenue
  • 3Lead maintenance coordination by communicating with teams, overseeing repairs within owner approved limits, and keeping owners informed
  • 4Monitor rent delinquencies, initiate collection actions, and coordinate with courts when required
  • 5Conduct property inspections and market surveys to adjust pricing and maintain competitive positioning
  • 6Show properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms to close deals
  • 7Preserve lease files, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain meticulous records on all management activities
  • 8Support vendor management, approve invoices, and coordinate funds for timely payments
  • 9Communicate clearly with residents, owners, and internal teams to resolve issues with fairness and professionalism
  • 10Ensure accurate security deposit handling and compliance with state timelines

Requirements10

  • 1Real Estate License in NV in good standing
  • 2Residential property management experience
  • 3Strong communication and documentation skills
  • 4Ability to navigate Fair Housing and ADA compliance requirements
  • 5Willingness to work in-office full time
  • 6Customer service experience in hospitality or related fields preferred
  • 7Ability to manage multiple priorities and ownership of outcomes
  • 8Ability to conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance within approved budgets
  • 9Proficiency with lease administration and financial statement explanations
  • 10Knowledge of local market conditions and property pricing strategies
