Property Manager, Residential PM in Las Vegas
Overview
Property Manager leading day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential homes in Las Vegas with structured training and potential Nevada real estate licensing paths. You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, and owner/tenant communications within a team-focused, property-management only company. This role emphasizes organization, problem solving, and building a long-term career in residential property management. You will join a company dedicated exclusively to property management with no sales quotas.
What You'll Do10
- 1Show available homes and conduct leasing activities to drive occupancy
- 2Execute and enforce lease agreements ensuring compliance and timelines
- 3Perform move-out inspections and process security deposit dispositions
- 4Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion of work orders
- 5Manage HOA-related matters and maintain accurate property records
- 6Effectively communicate as a point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors
- 7Conduct routine property evaluations to identify maintenance needs and ensure homes are well maintained
- 8Maintain financial records and documentation for each property
- 9Assist with additional property management responsibilities as needed
- 10Support ongoing training and mentorship within a team
Requirements12
- 1Valid Nevada driver license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
- 2Nevada Real Estate License or enrollment in Nevada pre-licensing courses with license within 30 days of hire
- 3Property Management Permit with license within 60 days of hire
- 4Current Las Vegas REALTOR or willingness to become one within 30 days of obtaining or transferring a Nevada Real Estate License
- 5Strong organizational and time management abilities with capacity to prioritize multiple tasks
- 6Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- 7Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 8Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 9Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- 10General bookkeeping knowledge
- 11Preferred: prior residential property management experience and familiarity with AppFolio
- 12Bachelor's degree (preferred)
