- 6Deliver violation letters and monitor accounts receivable for specialty leasing sales
- 7Manage storage and holiday display programs including negotiations and tracking
- 8Supervise in‑mall directories and digital signage for accurate information
- 9Participate in manager on duty schedules and support community programming efforts
- 10Analyze financial reports and budgets to drive results
- 11Resolve conflicts and provide customer service for merchants and staff
Requirements9
- 1High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- 21‑3 years retail or shopping center experience
- 3Strong project management and organizational skills
- 4Ability to interpret financial documents and negotiate agreements
- 5Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and JDEdwards
- 7Physical stamina for standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
