Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2Minimum 8 years’ experience in property operations
- 3Proven expertise in leasing construction management and tenant relations
- 4RPA or CCIM/CPM certification required
- 5Valid real estate license in Illinois
- 6Experience managing portfolios of three or more projects
- 7Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- 8Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- 9Ability to travel extensively within the Chicago area
