- 3Prepare and manage multi-year capital and operating expense plans
- 4Develop strong tenant relationships through pre-construction meetings
- 5Implement preventative maintenance programs and vendor compliance
- 6Ensure property safety systems are code compliant and documented
- 7Support safety health and environment initiatives using Life Saving Principles
- 8Monitor utility consumption and manage sustainability efforts
- 9Manage direct reports while adhering to company policies
- 10Partner with corporate departments to meet property and corporate goals
- 11Build favorable relationships with local officials and stakeholders
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 32+ years experience in shopping center management
- 43+ years facilities operations or construction management
- 5Strong understanding of commercial building systems
- 6Excellent leadership and project management skills
- 7Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting
- 8Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- 9Certification in OHSA General Industries 30-hour course preferred
- 10Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- 11Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Teams and other relevant software
