Property Management Administrator at GGP Services
Overview
You will own short-term revenue programs and community programming for a high-performing retail asset, managing specialty leasing, strategic partnerships, and merchant relations at scale. You'll work with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and JDEdwards daily, coordinating with Mall Management, Business Development, and Leasing teams. What You'll Do10
- 1Administer specialty leasing deals, preparing sheets in Salesforce and facilitating license agreements.
- 2Serve as on-site contact for business development, resolving complaints and escalating to GM.
- 3Coordinate RMU installs and removals, ensuring merchants meet visual standards.
- 4Collect merchant sales, calculate overage and breakpoints, and bill accounts receivable.
- 5Manage storage rental agreements and track occupancy.
- 6Oversee merchant insurance program, confirming coverage is current.
- 7Supervise holiday photo vendor, monitoring operations and sales.
- 8Implement community events, securing retailer participation and tracking results.
- 9Maintain social media and website content, updating digital screens.
- 10Coordinate barricade graphics and directory updates.
Requirements8
- 11-3 years shopping center or retail experience.
- 2High School diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
- 3Strong project management and organizational skills.
- 4Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and contracts.
- 5Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, JDEdwards, and Salesforce.
- 6Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills.
- 7Supervisory skills with ability to delegate tasks.
- 8Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
