Collaborate with our local team to verify maintenance progress and facilitate access for vendors. This role emphasizes field presence, documentation, and professional communication, not diagnostic inspections. You’ll operate with independence, reliable transportation, and a willingness to handle diverse field tasks in residential settings.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and perform routine interior and exterior property evaluations across multiple properties
  • 2Capture clear photos and document property conditions for digital reports
  • 3Identify maintenance concerns and communicate findings clearly to the team
  • 4Post notices and assist with move-in/out documentation as directed
  • 5Coordinate access via keys, lockboxes, and vendor meetings
  • 6Verify completed maintenance work and take completion photos for records
  • 7Assist with field errands and property management tasks as needed
  • 8Monitor occupied and vacant properties while ensuring professional resident interactions
  • 9Assist with property evaluations and reporting across the LA/San Gabriel Valley area

Requirements10

  • 1Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently
  • 2Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
  • 3Comfortable entering occupied and vacant properties and interacting with residents
  • 4Proficient with smartphones, photos, and digital reporting
  • 5Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • 6Willingness to drive throughout the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley area
  • 7Positive attitude and adaptability to a variety of field tasks
  • 8Property management, real estate, construction, maintenance, or inspection experience is helpful but not required
  • 9Ability to represent the company professionally and follow through on assignments
  • 10Start date flexibility and willingness to train for the role
