Overview

Lease field operations and on site leasing activities for single family rental homes across the market. You will own showings readiness, access management, and field feedback on property conditions at scale. You’ll join a collaborative team serving Listing Coordinators and centralized teams to keep properties rent-ready throughout the leasing lifecycle. This role stands out by combining on the ground operations with tech enabled processes and cross team collaboration.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build show-ready conditions by conducting property checks and verifications for vacant listings
  • 2Design access strategies by installing, programming, and removing lockboxes and access devices
  • 3Lead readiness tasks including signage, maintenance coordination, and pre move-in inspections
  • 4Ship showing readiness and troubleshoot access issues to enable timely tours
  • 5Own field feedback on property condition and pricing perception for Leasing PM
  • 6Drive updates to property notes and inspection results in systems and communications
  • 7Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • 8Collaborate with Listing Coordinators and centralized teams to align on property status
  • 9Escalate urgent issues to Leasing PM for rapid resolution
  • 10Track lockboxes, keys, and access inventory to ensure security and accountability

Requirements10

  • 1Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • 2Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily
  • 3High School Diploma or GED required
  • 41–3 years of property management, leasing, or related experience preferred
  • 5Strong organizational and time management skills
  • 6Ability to work independently in the field
  • 7Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • 8Comfortable with mobile apps and cloud-based systems
  • 9Frequent standing, walking properties, climbing stairs, and driving
  • 10Ability to lift light equipment
