Property Inspector, Real Estate Property Management & Field Reporting
Overview
Google-based field inspector role focusing on detailed inspections for OCФ Realty managed properties at scale in Philadelphia onsite. Work closely with the Inspection Manager and maintenance team to document conditions and prioritize repair requests. Upload inspections and generate reports in Appfolio using standard templates. This role blends hands-on field work with data entry and reporting.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and conduct detailed property inspections for Appfolio managed properties to capture condition data
- 2Document findings with Google Photos and company devices to create clear, organized records
- 3Record essential findings in Appfolio with photographic evidence to support efficient communication
- 4Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks such as air filter changes, pest control, light bulbs, and lock changes
- 5Tidy common areas and vacant units to address obvious issues and improve appearance
- 6Assist with key management including testing, duplication, lockouts, and drill-outs when required
- 7Flag urgent action items and significant findings to the Inspection Manager in a timely manner
- 8Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure timely uploads to the management platform
- 9Collaborate with maintenance team to schedule follow-ups and verify completed work
- 10Demonstrate strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver’s license
- 2Proficiency with Google Suite including Docs Sheets and Photos
- 3Strong attention to detail and ability to quantify repair issues
- 4Good time management and organizational skills
- 5Manual dexterity and problem-solving abilities
- 6Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- 7Prior experience in property management is preferred
- 8Ability to adapt quickly and pivot as industry demands
- 9Strong teamwork mindset with willingness to support the team as needed
- 10Comfort with documentation and reporting using property management software
