Residential Property Field Inspector, Field Services & Inspections
Overview
Residential Property Field Inspector owns field inspections for residential properties and reports from the Boston metro area others as assigned. This role operates onsite, coordinates with clients, and submits field reports via our website. No licensing or certifications are required, though a housing or construction background is helpful. You will engage professionally with insureds and maintain accurate, timely documentation. You will join a nationwide property inspection team focused on loss control for property and casualty carriers.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and accept electronic inspections as they are ordered
- 2Complete field inspections following guidelines and proper requirements to ensure accuracy
- 3Return completed inspections electronically via our website from home or remote locations
- 4Maintain professional conduct and appropriate presentation when interacting with insureds
- 5Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reports align with client expectations and timelines
- 6Document inspection findings with clear, detailed notes and photos (where applicable)
- 7Meet deadlines for submission of field reports to support timely underwriting and claims
- 8Stay organized across multiple assignments and prioritize tasks efficiently
- 9Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing reports for completeness and accuracy

- 1High speed internet and computer skills
- 2Reliable transportation to assignments
- 3Navigation skills for property locations
- 4Digital Camera (preferred for photos)
- 5Must submit to a background check and have a clean MVR
- 6Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases is helpful
- 7Previous experience in property management or related fields is preferred
- 8Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- 9Excellent written and verbal communication skills
