Project Scheduler Associate - SG5
Overview
Coordinate scope of work team activities and support Project Managers (PMs) with supervision. Develop and maintain integrated cost loaded resource loaded and logic driven schedules. Lead schedule review meetings and communicate status to stakeholders. Adhere to AEP project management standards and assist in project governance. Work onsite in New Albany OH.
What You'll Do10
- 1Define activities durations work sequences and relationship logic to develop scope of work plan and milestones
- 2Develop maintain and analyze scope of work project schedules using Primavera SmartSheet
- 3Organize and lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders and provide detailed minutes
- 4Engage teams to create schedules and provide analysis updates alerting to schedule risks
- 5Communicate schedule status to project stakeholders and understand AEP project management standards
- 6Maintain schedules baseline and develop commodity curves track metrics support outage teams
- 7Prepare periodic summary status reports and analyze KPIs
- 8Learn refine techniques to update progress acquire information baseline schedules and support project teams
- 9Provide executive summaries as requested and prepare metrics reports
- 10Work with Administrator assign security profiles and roles for new users
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED with minimum 2 years qualified experience
- 2Related degree in Accounting Business Construction Management Engineering Technology Project Management
- 3Utility specific operations knowledge with good working knowledge of work processes
- 4Experience in design operations planning project management cost tracking analysis forecasting and project budgets
- 5Ability to work independently under general supervision and perform light physical duties
Salary Insight
$63 - $117k per year
