CARIAN seeks a Project Controls Scheduler – Electric Distribution (Primavera P6) to support major utility capital programs. The role involves developing and maintaining detailed project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 while coordinating with project managers and construction teams. - 1Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6
- 2Support electric utility distribution capital projects across planning engineering procurement and closeout
- 3Analyze schedule performance and develop corrective actions for variances
- 4Coordinate schedule updates with project managers engineers and construction teams
- 5Perform schedule quality checks to ensure accuracy and logical sequencing
- 6Track potential schedule risks and dependencies across multiple projects
- 7Integrate schedule data with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
- 8Participate in project meetings providing schedule updates and recommendations
- 9Maintain organized schedule files and documentation throughout project lifecycle
- 10Support project closeout activities including final schedule updates
- 11Align schedule information with project cost and forecast data
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management Business or related field
- 24+ years experience in project controls scheduling construction management or capital project delivery
- 3Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6
- 4Strong understanding of schedule development activity sequencing and critical path analysis
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including formulas pivot tables and data analysis
- 6Ability to analyze schedule data and communicate findings to project teams
- 7Valid driver’s license required
- 8Experience working in fast-paced environments
