Project Controls Scheduler, Primavera P6 & Electric Utility

You will own project scheduling for electric utility projects, managing Primavera P6 schedules from 20 to 200 activities. What You'll Do7
- 1Develop and maintain project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, ranging from 20 to 200 activities.
- 2Collaborate with multiple project managers to support projects through design and construction phases.
- 3Load and manage resources within project schedules to track allocation and utilization.
- 4Perform quality checks and support reviews on project controls deliverables.
- 5Compare schedule data with financial information to ensure alignment and consistency.
- 6Communicate with project teams to understand technical progress on electric utility, transmission line, substation, and telecommunications projects.
- 7Integrate schedule data with other project information using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
- 23+ years experience supporting project schedules with hands-on Oracle Primavera P6.
- 3Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- 4Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- 5Comfort working with schedules, data, and multiple priorities.
- 6Willingness to travel occasionally and hold a valid driver's license.
- 7Experience with utility, transmission, substation, or telecommunications projects preferred.
- 8Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
