Overview
You will own delivery of toll technology projects from concept through operations for HNTB's Indianapolis team. You will manage multi-million-dollar roadside toll collection implementations, leading teams and advising clients like INDOT. Your work spans planning, procurement, and operations oversight. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead toll technology projects, owning scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff to closeout.
- 2Build client relationships as primary liaison, driving contract negotiations and scoping.
- 3Direct the project team through HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach, ensuring quality and profitability.
- 4Design concept of operations, feasibility studies, and procurement documents for toll systems.
- 5Oversee roadside system implementation and operations, advising on policy and technology.
- 6Mentor project staff, guiding their development and performance reviews.
- 7Drive business development for mini-mega and mega projects, leading proposals and presentations.
- 8Provide senior consultation on toll revenue collection across the project lifecycle.
- 9Support client audits and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Requirements6
- 110+ years in engineering, IT, finance, planning, business, or related field, or 14 years without a degree.
- 23-5 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
- 3Proven project management of roadside toll implementations and operations.
- 4Experience with large-scale infrastructure operations.
- 5Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, accounting/finance, planning, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
