- 2Create strategies to foster business growth
- 3Oversee office and field staff
- 4Collaborate with Field Supervisors for site audits
- 5Visit clients within a 75-mile radius daily
- 6Conduct safety meetings and document personnel issues
- 7Generate management reports as needed
- 8Build relationships with current customers
- 9Coordinate safety meetings and required trainings
- 10Hire and terminate employees after verification
- 11Manage office purchases and budgets
- 12Maintain field inventory including trucks and GPS
- 13Account for vehicles and equipment at the office
- 14Respond and assist before or after business hours
- 15Proactively manage multiple projects
- 16Provide guidance and assistance to direct reports
- 17Work various shifts as required
Requirements8
- 1Construction Management experience preferred
- 2Traffic Control Management experience preferred
- 3Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- 4Comprehensive understanding of Operations Management
- 5Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 6Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
- 718 years of age or older
