What You'll Do11
- 1Model gross margin scenarios across project lifecycle to recommend enhancements
- 2Conduct client contract reviews and suggest revenue optimization opportunities
- 3Ensure PM system accuracy by managing budget changes forecasts and expenditures
- 4Review invoices approve payments and address billing discrepancies
- 5Collaborate with project manager to resolve billing and revenue issues
- 6Generate reports to identify cost overruns and track potential issues
- 7Investigate budget anomalies and establish cost risk management approaches
- 8Forecast EAC by recording changes to cost accounts and tracking trends
- 9Lead earnings review process using GAAP and revenue recognition concepts
- 10Cultivate client and subconsultant relationships for effective service delivery
- 11Provide training on project management processes and HNTB best practices
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree and 7 years financial project accounting experience
- 21 year people management leadership or mentoring experience
- 311 years financial project accounting experience in lieu of education
- 4Strong understanding of HNTB internal project finance processes
- 5Advanced data analysis skills in Excel and HNTB systems
