Project Manager, Rain for Rent - Field Operations & Leadership
Overview
Own field project leadership for Rain for Rent projects at scale, guiding foremen, installers, and field crews to successful execution. Coordinate with outside sales and regional estimators to develop equipment lists and scopes of work. Build strong relationships with customer field teams to ensure alignment and repeat business. Lead branch field operations to ensure policy compliance, personnel development, and inventory control. Drive communication flow among customers, field staff, and office to meet expectations and exceed service quality.

- 8Perform performance reviews and develop coaching and development plans for staff
- 9Ensure compliance with safety practices and report unsafe activities
