What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure all Nicholson and OSHA safety regulations are met and enforced

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 2Minimum 10 years experience in construction equipment and geotechnical work
- 3Experience with at least two dam projects
- 4Proficiency with estimating and job costing procedures
- 5Strong communication skills for client meetings and negotiations
- 6Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and travel frequently
- 7Experience with OSHA 10-hour safety training
- 8Knowledge of construction drawings specifications and materials
- 9Ability to assess safety risks and resolve conflicts
- 10Background in civil engineering education
- 11Track record of successful project delivery
