What You'll Do11

  • 1Ensure all Nicholson and OSHA safety regulations are met and enforced
  • 2Assist in business development and risk assessment for new projects
  • 3Create and review project budgets cost reports and cash flows
  • 4Act as primary client and subcontractor contact
  • 5Manage accounts receivable collections
  • 6Coordinate change orders and extra work orders
  • 7Analyze and submit insurance claims
  • 8Collaborate with managers for strategy and support

Requirements11

  • 1Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 2Minimum 10 years experience in construction equipment and geotechnical work
  • 3Experience with at least two dam projects
  • 4Proficiency with estimating and job costing procedures
  • 5Strong communication skills for client meetings and negotiations
  • 6Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and travel frequently
