Overview
Lead a construction project management team overseeing project managers monitoring deadlines contracts billing procurement documentation and warranties while managing closeouts. Drive accountability through regular reviews and escalations for risks client issues and staffing needs. Coordinate daily field operations align resources and maintain multi-level schedules. Produce monthly reports on status budgets and major risks.

- 9Assign projects based on complexity value risk schedule location client and workload
- 10Reassign projects when workloads become unbalanced
- 11Identify projects requiring direct involvement or increased oversight
- 12Maintain seasonal two-week look-ahead weekly and daily coordination schedules
- 13Provide monthly management reports addressing status schedule performance billing requisitions procurement budget concerns and major risks
- 14Conduct contract reviews to identify scope of work exclusions billing requirements and unusual exposure
- 15Oversee project managers in contract reviews change orders client communication budget management and closeout
Requirements5
- 16-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Heavy Civil DOT Projects or governmental agencies
- 2Ability to manage schedules budgets look-aheads and construction paperwork
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Project Bluebeam or Procore RFI and Change Order processes
- 4Experience with DOT governmental agency client work
- 5Expertise in landscape construction sitework
