What You'll Do19
- 1Develop and refine project-specific goals schedules and budgets upon assignment
- 2Assist design teams during design-build projects by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
- 3Coordinate due diligence efforts ensuring all required documentation is maintained and delivered
- 4Establish and maintain project goals aligning with client needs
- 5Develop and maintain project budgets schedules and cost control measures while actively tracking performance
- 6Complete monthly project health reports and participate in management review meetings
- 7Coordinate with Construction Technology Leader to support VDC implementation
- 8Provide estimating assistance to preconstruction staff as needed
- 9Track and communicate weekly schedule updates to subcontractors and owners
- 10Prepare and execute subcontracts and purchase orders
- 11Monitor and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices and process monthly pay applications
- 12Submit and review change orders communicating issues and assisting resolution
- 13Conduct weekly project meetings with stakeholders reviewing plan details and resolving issues proactively
- 14Maintain communication with clients design teams Project Superintendents subcontractors and vendors
- 15Support field operations collaborating with Superintendents to ensure success
- 16Identify project risks and contribute to mitigation planning efforts
- 17Attend client interviews and meetings as required
- 18Mentor and support Project Engineers Assistant Project Managers and less experienced team members
- 19Perform additional assignments at supervisor direction
Requirements15
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-7 years project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- 3Power & Energy Aerospace or Defense sector experience preferred
- 4Bachelor's degree in construction management civil engineering or related field
- 5Minimum of 3-10 years organizational time management and problem-solving skills
- 6Excellent interpersonal skills with proactive client-service mindset
- 7Strong oral and written communication abilities
- 8Ability to read and understand construction documents
- 9Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- 10Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Vista P6 Scheduling Timberline Estimating and Autodesk Build/Cost
- 11Operate standard office equipment including computer printer copier scanner telephone and mobile phone
- 12Use Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings
- 13OSHA 30 certification preferred or required
- 14Valid state-issued driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- 15Availability Monday through Friday eight hours daily between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
