What You'll Do8

  • 1Lead a cross-functional team of Sales, Construction, and Warranty professionals to achieve sales, starts, and closing goals.
  • 2Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan to maximize profitability, setting and meeting margins and objectives.
  • 3Control budget performance and expenditures, ensuring financial health for the project.
  • 4Partner with Sales to design pricing, incentives, and effective sales strategies.
  • 5Maintain high-quality construction standards and resolve project issues to keep operations running smoothly.
  • 6Coordinate with developers, Land, Architecture, and government agencies to align pre-construction through warranty.
  • 7Drive accountability through coaching and performance management, fostering a culture of collaboration and integrity.
  • 8Champion community visibility in the market and engage with homeowners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements9

  • 15+ years leading and developing people in the construction industry.
  • 23+ years of leadership with full P&L responsibility for a multi-million-dollar business, department, or project.
  • 3Proven track record of leading a high-performing sales team.
  • 4Strong understanding of residential construction processes and sales operations.
  • 5Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business, Finance, or Engineering preferred.
  • 6Experience managing budgets, business operations, and contracts.
  • 7Ability to drive sales performance while balancing operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • 8Resourceful problem-solving with sound judgment and high integrity.
  • 9Willingness to relocate for future leadership opportunities preferred.
