The Project Manager – EPC leads large-scale EPC projects from engineering through construction and turn over. They coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex facilities on time and budget. You own the technical and engineering support for LACCD's energy projects across nine college campuses, from planning through closeout. You are the on-site engineer who answers contractor questions, checks work against plans and DSA requirements, and keeps project documentation current. Working under the Sustainability Team Lead, you support project managers through design, bidding, construction, and commissioning. This role suits someone a few years into construction who wants to work for the owner, not the contractor, on meaningful energy work. You need to be organized, reliable, and comfortable on active construction sites. No prior sustainability background is required, but you will dive into projects involving LED lighting, solar PV, battery storage, microgrids, and EV charging.
