
Project Manager, Dynamics CRM & D365 Support
Overview
Project Manager owns enterprise application support and hypercare for Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle at a 12+ year scope. What You'll Do7
- 1Own the incident and problem management process for Dynamics and Oracle environments.
- 2Monitor and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution of critical issues within the first 90 days.
- 3Lead hypercare support during system rollouts and post-deployment stabilization phases.
- 4Coordinate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex D365 issues.
- 5Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring problems.
- 6Report on ticket metrics and SLA adherence to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- 7Maintain support documentation and knowledge base for CRM and D365 processes.
Requirements6
- 112+ years in project management with a focus on enterprise application support.
- 2Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and D365 support and hypercare.
- 3Proven track record in incident and problem management for Oracle or SAP.
- 4Strong ability to prioritize tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
- 5Experience in a long-term onsite project environment.
