Dynamics 365 Support Specialist, Remote Contract
Overview
You will own day-to-day support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications in a remote contract role. Troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, and ensure system reliability for business-critical processes. You will collaborate with functional teams to address configuration, customization, and integration challenges. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and extension potential based on performance.
What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose and resolve Dynamics 365 incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and clear documentation
- 2Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, and business rules to meet evolving needs
- 3Monitor system health and performance, applying patches and updates as required
- 4Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Dynamics 365 solutions
- 5Create and update technical documentation for support procedures and common fixes
- 6Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and drive preventive actions
- 7Coordinate with Microsoft support for advanced escalations and service requests
- 8Assist with data cleanup, imports, and validation using Data Export Service and Power Platform tools
Requirements8
- 13+ years hands-on support experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement or Finance and Operations)
- 2Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, including workflows, business rules, and forms
- 3Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure integrations
- 4Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in incident and problem management
- 5Experience with SQL Server for data queries and reporting
- 6Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- 7Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- 8Certification in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) preferred
