Overview
Own the end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture for a Los Angeles-based enterprise. Design and deliver scalable solutions that integrate Power Platform, Azure, and SQL Server to meet complex business needs. What You'll Do8
- 1Design Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, mapping business requirements to platform capabilities and extensibility frameworks.
- 2Lead the implementation of Power Platform components, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to automate workflows.
- 3Architect Azure integration solutions using Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management to connect CRM with external systems.
- 4Develop custom .NET extensions and plugins in Visual Studio to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
- 5Model data in SQL Server to optimize performance for Dynamics 365 entities and reports.
- 6Drive the first 90 days toward a stable integration framework and a clear roadmap for Power Platform adoption.
- 7Assess current CRM architecture and implement improvements to scalability and maintainability.
- 8Mentor developers on best practices for Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
Requirements7
- 15+ years architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with expertise in solution design and deployment.
- 23+ years working with Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- 3Strong .NET development skills using Visual Studio for Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflows.
- 4Proven experience with Azure integration using Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management.
- 5Solid SQL Server knowledge for Dynamics 365 data modeling, including table design and stored procedures.
- 6Ability to lead technical workshops and articulate architectural decisions to stakeholders.
- 7Experience with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
