What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the design and architecture of Dynamic 365 CRM solutions, owning the technical roadmap from discovery to deployment.
- 2Drive continuous refactoring of existing systems, simplifying codebases and eliminating technical debt within the first 90 days.
- 3Architect integrations with Azure services and IaaS platforms, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- 4Champion open source adoption, evaluating and integrating libraries and frameworks to accelerate delivery.
- 5Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, setting standards for the team.
- 6Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across C#, .NET, and Power Platform development.
- 7Own the technical delivery lifecycle, managing sprint planning, risk mitigation, and deployment strategies.
- 8Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements7
- 15+ years architecting Dynamic 365 CRM solutions, with deep expertise in Power Platform and Azure.
- 2Proven track record leading complex implementations on IaaS providers like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- 3Strong proficiency in C# and .NET with hands-on experience in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- 4Experience with open source tools and libraries, including Node.js, React, or Docker.
- 53+ years in a technical leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and client expectations.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7Excellent communication skills, able to articulate architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
