Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, Sales Platform
Overview
You will design, build, and support strategic Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives focused on the Sales platform. You will lead technical design, set architectural direction, and mentor developers. Your work will directly improve sales and customer engagement processes within a fast-moving team.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement Dynamics 365 Sales solutions that align with business needs.
- 2Drive technical design sessions and translate requirements into scalable architecture.
- 3Lead configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 entities, forms, and workflows.
- 4Build integrations with external systems using Power Platform and Azure.
- 5Mentor developers and ensure best practices in Dynamics 365 development.
- 6Support and optimize existing CRM features to improve efficiency.
- 7Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for sales and service processes.
- 8Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer for ongoing support.
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience developing on Dynamics 365 CRM.
- 2Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) preferred.
- 3Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
- 4Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales module and customization.
- 5Strong knowledge of sales and customer engagement processes.
- 6Experience leading CRM projects and mentoring developers.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX (all 5 days).
