Dynamics 365 CE Senior Developer, Power Apps & CRM
Overview
You will design, configure, and develop custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, owning the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment at scale. You will join a SaaS/Paas consulting team, collaborate with C-level clients, and drive full lifecycle implementations with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role demands US Citizenship and offers a hybrid schedule in Austin, Texas.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build custom Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet client requirements.
- 2Design and implement D365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Service Automation.
- 3Develop C# and .NET plugins and customizations using the CRM SDK, integrating with SQL databases.
- 4Lead full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365, from discovery to deployment and post-launch support.
- 5Monitor batch jobs and integrations, resolving issues in D365 and related systems like SSIS and Scribe.
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders.
- 7Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- 8Optimize system performance and data integrity within the Dynamics platform.
- 9Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure code quality.
Requirements10
- 13+ years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 or CRM development.
- 2US Citizenship is required (contractual).
- 3Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- 4Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- 5Strong skills in C#, SQL, .NET, CRM SDK, and CRM Plugins.
- 6Experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365.
- 7Knowledge of SaaS and PaaS environments.
- 8Experience with Scribe for integration and SSIS, SSAS, SSRS for BI stack.
- 9Familiarity with Microsoft Portals and Agile methodology.
- 10Experience with public sector clients or Big 4 consulting is a plus.
Salary Insight
$102 - $170k per year
