CRM Dynamics Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
Overview
You will own the Dynamics 365 architecture and delivery for a hybrid NYC team, designing and customizing Power Platform solutions at a $52/HR contract rate. You will join a 3-day onsite team building Copilot Studio and Power BI dashboards for enterprise clients. This role stands out for its blend of Dynamics 365 and AI Builder work across a long-term contract.
What You'll Do8
- 1Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including entities, forms, views, and business rules within the first 30 days.
- 2Build custom plugins and workflows with C# and the Dynamics 365 SDK to automate core processes.
- 3Design and deploy Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps, integrated with Power Automate flows.
- 4Create Power BI reports and dashboards that track sales and service KPIs from Dynamics 365 data.
- 5Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure Logic Apps or API Management.
- 6Implement AI Builder models and Copilot Studio bots to handle customer inquiries.
- 7Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
- 8Manage solution deployments across environments using Azure DevOps pipelines.
Requirements9
- 15+ years in Dynamics 365 customization, including plugins, workflows, and business process flows.
- 23+ years with Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- 3Experience with .NET and C# for building Dynamics 365 plugins.
- 4Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Functions for integration.
- 5Proven ability to design Dynamics 365 solution architectures and manage the full lifecycle.
- 6Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder for intelligent automation.
- 7Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model and solution layering.
- 8Ability to work hybrid in NYC 3 days per week.
- 9Local to New York City; no relocation offered.
