Overview
You will design, build, and support strategic CRM initiatives on the Dynamics 365 Sales platform for an investment management company. You will lead CRM projects, mentor developers, and shape sales and client servicing processes. This role focuses on AI-powered CRM experiences and requires deep Dynamics 365 expertise. You will be a key technical driver on a collaborative team in Austin, TX, working fully onsite.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and build Dynamics 365 Sales solutions to drive client engagement and revenue growth.
- 2Lead CRM projects from requirements to deployment, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery.
- 3Mentor developers on Dynamics 365 best practices and custom development patterns.
- 4Implement AI-powered features in Dynamics 365 to enhance sales and customer service.
- 5Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet business needs.
- 6Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using Power Platform and Azure services.
- 7Optimize solution performance and data integrity within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- 8Support and enhance existing Dynamics 365 deployments for ongoing business operations.
Requirements8
- 15+ years developing on Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Engagement.
- 2Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-210 or PL-400.
- 3Experience leading CRM projects and mentoring developers.
- 4Knowledge of sales, client servicing, and customer engagement processes.
- 5Experience building AI-powered CRM experiences with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- 6Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and PowerShell for customization and integration.
- 7Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security model, and solution management.
- 8Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX, all 5 days a week.
