Overview
Own the technical delivery of D365 CRM Sales Module and integrations for a long-term enterprise engagement in Pittsburgh, PA or Richardson, TX. You will architect and configure D365 CRM solutions while managing a project team to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. You will coordinate with business stakeholders and developers across a 10+ year program, driving technical excellence and client satisfaction. This role stands out for its dual focus on hands-on technical execution and project leadership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Architect and configure D365 CRM Sales Module solutions, including entities, workflows, and business rules.
- 2Design and implement D365 CRM integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and REST APIs.
- 3Drive the technical delivery of customizations, including C# plugins and JavaScript customizations.
- 4Lead a cross-functional team of developers and functional consultants to meet sprint goals.
- 5Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, mitigating risks and resolving blockers.
- 6Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and D365 standards.
- 7Coordinate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical design.
- 8Facilitate UAT and production deployment, ensuring seamless cutover with minimal disruption.
Requirements7
- 110-15 years of hands-on experience with D365 CRM (Sales Module) including configuration and customization.
- 25+ years of experience integrating D365 with external systems using Azure services and REST APIs.
- 3Microsoft D365 CRM Certification required.
- 4Strong C# and .NET development skills for plugins and custom workflows.
- 5Proven experience managing full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
- 6Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA or Richardson, TX (10 days per month mandatory).
