Project Manager Aviation Redevelopment
Overview
PMA seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead large scale Aviation reconstruction initiatives at Dulles Airport. This role reports to the Program Director overseeing project planning scheduling budgeting and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate excels in communication problem solving and mentorship while managing multiple priorities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Direct day-to-day construction project planning and execution to meet design schedule and financial goals
- 2Oversee site supervision contractor coordination and reporting during construction and closeout phases
- 3Lead development of project scopes objectives schedules and budgets
- 4Manage QA/QC processes coordinate design team site visits and issue resolution
- 5Interface with owners end users and community stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- 6Supervise third-party testing agencies and subconsultants
- 7Identify and manage project risks change orders and schedule deviations
- 8Support contract administration with architects engineers and contractors
- 9Facilitate client meetings produce minutes and track progress
- 10Develop progress reports presentations and documentation
- 11Other duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management Architecture or related field
- 25+ years progressive project management experience in AEC industry
- 3Aviation project experience strongly preferred
- 4Experience engineering scope development contract management due diligence and project initiation
- 5Management of complex schedules and budgets in client facing roles
- 6Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and Primavera P6
- 7Equivalent education experience or training accepted in lieu of minimum qualifications

$113 - $132k per year
