What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain project scope work plans schedules milestones cost estimates budgets resource plans
- 2Coordinate subcontractors suppliers field personnel architects engineers clients stakeholders
- 3Monitor progress against schedule and budget identify risks early drive corrective action
- 4Review drawings specifications blueprints proposals contracts change orders project documentation for completeness accuracy
- 5Manage procurement vendor performance contract requirements cost tracking forecasting invoice review
- 6Conduct jobsite visits inspections confirm workmanship safety code compliance environmental requirements quality standards
- 7Lead project meetings document decisions action items deliver clear status reports leadership clients
- 8Resolve field issues scope conflicts schedule constraints stakeholder concerns with urgency sound judgment
- 9Maintain organized project records schedules submittals RFIs daily reports meeting notes punch lists closeout documents
- 10Support continuous improvement strengthen project controls templates vendor processes documentation lessons learned
- 11Perform other related duties assign to support company client objectives
Requirements14
- 13+ years project management experience construction facilities property services civil infrastructure related field
- 2Demonstrated success managing project schedules budgets subcontractors vendors documentation multiple stakeholders
- 3Working knowledge construction methods jobsite safety quality control building codes regulatory compliance
- 4Ability read interpret construction drawings blueprints plans scopes of work specifications contracts
- 5Strong written verbal communication organization problem solving negotiation time-management skills
- 6Proficiency Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint
- 7Reliable transportation travel project sites Washington D.C. metropolitan area as needed
- 8Ability work on-site active construction environments walking jobsites use appropriate personal protective equipment
- 9Authorization to work United States complete background check per applicable law
- 10Bachelor’s or associate degree construction management engineering architecture business facilities management related discipline equivalent experience considered
- 11Experience commercial multifamily community association facilities maintenance renovation civil heavy-civil projects

- 13Project Management Professional PMP Certified Construction Manager CCM OSHA LEED or related certification
