Aerospace Project Manager Seattle
Overview
We seek a Project Manager to lead aerospace manufacturing and engineering programs from launch to delivery. This role manages scope schedule budget risk and customer expectations while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering manufacturing supply chain and operations. The ideal candidate will own large-scale programs and differentiate this opportunity through unique responsibilities and team structure.
What You'll Do12
- 1Lead aerospace projects from kickoff through production readiness and customer acceptance
- 2Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and milestones and resource plans
- 3Coordinate activities across engineering manufacturing supply chain quality and operations teams
- 4Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements quality standards and contractual commitments
- 5Manage project risks issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- 6Track project costs forecasts and overall financial performance
- 7Support sourcing and supplier coordination to maintain timelines and budgets
- 8Serve as primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- 9Provide regular project status updates to leadership and customers
- 10Maintain project documentation action items lessons learned and reporting requirements
- 11Drive problem resolution and decision-making to support successful program execution
- 12Support installation integration testing and delivery activities as required
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex technical programs involving engineering and production teams
- 3Bachelor's degree in Engineering Project Management Business or related technical field
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- 5Strong written verbal and presentation communication skills
- 6Experience with configuration management and engineering change processes
- 7Familiarity with engineering drawings CAD systems and manufacturing documentation
- 8Ability to coordinate supplier deliverables and subcontracted work
- 9Exposure to defense government or regulated industries
- 10Security clearance required for certain benefits
- 11Earned value principles knowledge for project financial tracking forecasting

$146 - $187k per year
