Overview
Lead a hybrid role in Maple Plain MN partnering with Sales and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment. Own customer satisfaction throughout production using in-house software. Seek candidates who do not meet every requirement but are intrigued.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support a portfolio of accounts; build multi-thread relationships with engineers, buyers, customer success, and supply chain stakeholders
- 2Monitor active orders; proactively communicate risks; coordinate with operations, quality, and logistics to resolve issues and meet SLAs
- 3Remain proactive in account needs to prevent poor customer experiences and obstacles
- 4Partner with account owners and transactional teams to provide best-in-class service by helping support client meetings, supporting ongoing projects, and monitoring account and order activity and trends
- 5Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 6Manage and promote cross-functional relationships, ensuring consistent and coordinated customer experience
- 7Customer issue resolution to manage nonconformance issues and quality concerns, ensuring timely and equitable resolutions
- 8Maintain project and/or program plans, timelines, and deliverables
- 9May support individual customers based on qualification
- 10Represent the core values of Protolabs in all interactions
- 11Other duties as assigned
Requirements13
- 12 to 5 years in a fast-paced role such as account management, customer success, or inside sales in B2B
- 2Manufacturing or technical services preferred
- 3Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
- 4Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers
- 5Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 6Ability to understand and exercise PM techniques and methodologies
- 7BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 8Familiarity with digital manufacturing or industrial supply chains is a plus
- 9Knowledge of CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal, or injection molding beneficial
- 10Salesforce experience
