What You'll Do11
- 1Lead Accounts Payable initiatives including vendor invoice processing and credit & collections oversight
- 2Manage Accounts Receivable functions such as cash application and customer communications
- 3Provide Credit & Collections leadership including bad debt analysis and recovery strategies
- 4Support general finance operations including month end closing and process improvements
- 5Offer leadership across multiple departments while adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- 6Process weekly financial reports and maintain DSO under 45 days
- 7Hire and develop staff while fostering a collaborative workplace culture
- 8Ensure compliance with equal opportunity employment standards
- 9Maintain accurate vendor data and manage third party collection agencies
- 10Analyze financial data to maximize sales and minimize risk
- 11Facilitate team development and performance management
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years finance leadership experience
- 2Proven track record managing employees and complex financial operations
- 3Strong knowledge of ERP systems particularly Microsoft Dynamics
- 4Expertise in manufacturing finance environments
- 5Excellent analytical skills with ability to conduct research and solve problems
- 6Bilingual communication abilities in English and another language
- 7Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms like AWS
- 8Familiarity with Kubernetes container orchestration
- 9Proficiency in React for internal tooling development
- 10Ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative workplace
