Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Direct monthly and annual close cycle by preparing entries and reviewing account activity
- 2Manage payroll for salaried and hourly staff through processing and issue resolution
- 3Oversee accounts payable including invoice processing and payment execution
- 4Evaluate financial performance by analyzing variances and identifying trends
- 5Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- 6Partner with auditors by organizing documentation and addressing inquiries
- 7Track fixed assets and depreciation reporting
- 8Streamline workflows and improve reporting efficiency
- 9Guide junior staff and assist with acquisitions and system implementations
- 10Contribute to process improvements and finance initiatives
- 11Provide day-to-day support during varying business demands
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 2At least 5 years progressive accounting experience
- 3Strong knowledge of general ledger month-end close journal entries and reconciliations
- 4Proven audit support and documentation skills
- 5Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting
- 6Familiarity with ERP systems like Epicor or Sage
- 7Payroll processing expertise
- 8Experience with accounts payable automation tools
