Overview
Owns and delivers multi discipline engineering leadership for large scale substation EPC projects at scale. Leads design quality, schedule, budget, and resource planning with a strong focus on safety and reliability. Guides technical teams with expertise in protection and control, civil/structural components, and major equipment. Collaborates with clients, supports proposals, and contributes to business development while mentoring staff and maintaining project accountability.

Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2P.E. license preferred
- 35+ years of experience managing substation or switchyard EPC/design projects
- 4Strong understanding of substation layout, protection and control systems, civil/structural design, and major equipment
- 5Knowledge of project coordination including procurement, permitting, and construction support
- 6Excellent communication and leadership skills
