Project Engineer - UPRITE
Overview
Lead assembly and test procedures for spacecraft systems at NASA Johnson Space Center. Manage hardware testing and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure mission readiness. Ensure compliance with certification standards and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years relevant experience
- 2Incorporation of Python for software/firmware testing
- 3Familiarity with NASA and JSC documentation systems
- 4Knowledge of Space hardware design principles and material selection
- 5Experience with systems engineering documentation and validation processes
- 6Proven ability to prepare technical documents and present at meetings
- 7Strong organizational skills for task prioritization under deadlines
- 8Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative environment experience
- 9Competence with Microsoft Office applications
- 10Understanding of Class 1E project standards
- 11Background in NASA flight hardware testing and certification
