What You'll Do9
- 1Develop industry relationships to generate future sales opportunities
- 2Create and maintain internal and external project logs
- 3Maintain comprehensive reports as needed
- 4Assist Project Managers with task updates using management tools
- 5Ensure timely submission of bid documents and manage bidders list
- 6Maintain current construction documentation
- 7Receive and address Requests for Information and submittals
- 8Support daily project management including change orders and RFIs
- 9Process purchase orders and oversee project closeout
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Building Science Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 20-2 years experience in large complex facility construction
- 3On-site management experience for new construction and asset renovations
- 4Basic MEP knowledge
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 6Valid driver's license
- 7LEED AP preferred
- 8Physical ability to walk stand sit for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- 9Ability to lift carry push pull weights up to 50 lbs
